This was merely an idea bandied about by my soon-to-be-former co-worker and myself. He thought it was a workable concept and I felt that if it were to exist, it should operate 24 hours a day.
That said, I think something like Melt in Cleveland or Pizza Persona in Chicago (side note: if you’re in Chicago, try Pizza Persona on Diversy Parkway. My friend’s wife works there and it’s really really good) would work a little better. Peanut butter all the time would probably get a little too gimmicky.
